Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both the guests and the hotels listed on our website. Please read this No Refund Policy carefully before making a booking on www.abhikaro.in.

1. General Policy

All hotel bookings made through Abhikaro are non-refundable. Once the booking is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the amount paid cannot be refunded, reversed, or cancelled. This policy applies to all users, regardless of the reason for cancellation, modification, or non-utilization of the booking.

2. Booking Confirmation

When you complete a hotel booking on Abhikaro, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing the booking details. Once confirmed, the booking is considered final and non-cancellable. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all booking details such as check-in/check-out dates, room type, and guest information before making the final payment.

3. No Refund in Case of No-Show or Early Departure

If the guest fails to check in on the booking date (“no-show”) or checks out earlier than the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the stay. The room(s) will be held only until the check-in time mentioned by the respective hotel.

4. Modification or Change in Booking

Any request to modify, change, or reschedule booking dates will depend solely on the hotel’s internal policy and room availability. Abhikaro cannot guarantee approval of modification requests. If a modification request is denied, the original booking remains valid and non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Hotel or Property

In rare cases, if the hotel or property cancels a confirmed booking due to operational issues, maintenance, overbooking, or any unforeseen circumstances, Abhikaro will make every effort to arrange alternative accommodation of similar category and price.
If no alternative arrangement can be provided, a refund may be processed only upon the hotel’s written confirmation and after necessary verification. The refund timeline and process will depend on the respective hotel’s policy.

6. Refunds for Technical or Payment Errors

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical glitch.

  • Payment deducted but booking not confirmed.
    In such cases, users must email proof of payment and transaction details to support@abhikaro.in within 48 hours of the transaction. After verification, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
    Please note that service charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events

Abhikaro will not be held responsible for any cancellations, booking failures, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm, etc.)

  • Government restrictions or travel bans

  • War, riots, or civil disturbances

  • Pandemic or health-related emergencies

  • Technical or system outages
    In all such cases, no refund shall be issued. However, guests may contact us for assistance in rebooking or rescheduling, subject to availability.

8. Payment Disputes

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, users are not permitted to raise disputes or chargebacks through banks or payment gateways. Any such disputes will be considered a breach of our terms of service.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By proceeding with a booking on Abhikaro, you acknowledge that:

  • You have fully read and understood this No Refund Policy.

  • You agree that all bookings are final and non-refundable.

  • You accept that any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Abhikaro or the respective hotel management.
