Refund policy

At Abhikaro.in, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent hotel booking experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking Cancellation

All hotel bookings made via Abhikaro.in are fulfilled by independent hotel service providers. Each hotel may have its own cancellation and refund policies, which are displayed during the booking process.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • If cancellation is made within the hotel's refundable period, the applicable refund will be processed based on the hotel's policy.

  • If cancellation is made after the refundable period, no refund may be issued.

  • No-show or early check-out may not be eligible for any refund unless stated in the hotel’s policy.

3. Refund Process

  • If the transaction was made directly through abhikaro.in using our payment gateway, we will Credit your eligible refund in original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.

  • If the payment was made directly to the hotel or another third-party platform, you must contact the hotel or platform directly to request the refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a booking made through Abhikaro.in:

  • Email your request to info@abhikaro.in with:

    • Booking ID

    • Guest Name

    • Hotel Name

    • Reason for cancellation

    • Proof of payment (if applicable)

5. Disputes

In case of a dispute regarding service quality or non-availability, the issue must be resolved between the user and the respective hotel provider. Abhikaro.in does not guarantee refunds for service issues unless explicitly responsible for the transaction.
